- Design and construction services
• The artist shall provide the basic and supplementary services specified below.
• The artist shall provide basic rendering for the project consisting of consultation, research, design and coordination of the project and its execution.
• In connection with performing basic services, the artist shall prepare and present materials to the client that demonstrate or describe the artist’s intentions such as artwork, drawings.
After the design is approved by the Client, the Artist will build the furniture with client's choice of woods.

• The client shall pay the artist for the services described in this information as follows:
• Design and construction charge plus shipping (MD residents: add 6% sales tax)
• Upon signing the agreement, the client shall make a payment of $1,000.
• This initial payment shall be credited against the total amounts of service.
• Final payment of balance shall be made upon completion of the project.

• Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling is not included and can run from $200 to $500, including insurance. Or if you are located within 100 miles of my shop, I would be happy to deliver the furniture to you at no expense.
